Confidentiality and Information Security

1.Rom Geves Casings & Coverings (1997) Ltd., C.P. 512476938 (hereinafter: "the Company") takes the usual precautions to protect private information that users of the website www.romgc.co.il (hereinafter: "the Site") provide. However, the company cannot guarantee protection of the confidentiality of users' information and prevent it from reaching foreign entities, nor can it guarantee protection against intrusions into its computers and/or against the disclosure of the information stored by it. The user of the site will not have any claim, legal action and/or demand against the company and/or anyone on its behalf in connection with this, and the company will not be responsible for any damage of any kind that may be caused to any of the users of the site or anyone on their behalf if information (as defined below) has reached and/or been disclosed to any third party, leaked, lost and/or used in any way without permission. Likewise, in cases arising from force majeure, the Company will not be responsible for any damage and/or injury of any kind, indirect and/or direct, that may be caused to the user and/or anyone on his behalf, if any information provided by the user on the site is lost and/or reaches a hostile party and/or is used without authorization.

3.Any use of the site constitutes approval and consent by the site user to the company's privacy policy detailed in this document, and constitutes consent to the conduct stated in this document. If the user does not agree to the provisions of this document, he/she is asked not to use and/or view the site.

4.When using the site, the user's contact information may be collected, including: information provided by the user independently and information received and collected about the user as a result of using the site, including personal information, and/or the ads and/or content presented to the user and/or adds/content in which he/she expressed interest, the time the user spent on the site, actions performed by him/her on the site, and more (above and below: "the information").

7.The user confirms that the information was provided with consent, knowledge and of his own free will, that he is responsible for the correctness and veracity of the information provided by him, that information about him and any other details that will be received or produced based on the analysis of his details or uses on the site - may be held in the database(s) of the company and/or someone on its behalf.

8.Such use of information will not be considered a violation of privacy, and the user hereby authorizes the company to make such use of the information. It is further agreed that such information will be considered the property of the Company, and that the User hereby waives any claim for use and/or ownership of such information, including waiving any claim under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741, 1981. The Company will not

be considered to be violating a privacy obligation or violating a user's privacy due to any information, as defined in the Computer Law, 1995, that could identify a user or allow them to be tracked by another, and which results from the use of electronic communication means in general and computer communication in particular.

9.The user's personal information provided by him for the purpose of contacting the company (name, email, telephone number, etc.) may be stored in the company's database. The user may, at any time, notify the company of his desire to remove his details, by sending a message to office@romgc.co.il or by providing an express written notice to the company's offices at: 20 Carmel Street, Ganei Tikva.

10.The Company may use "cookies" (a small text file stored by the website on the user's personal computer, telephone or other device, and which contains information about browsing) and similar means in order to allow the user to browse the website, understand how he manages his interaction with it, and in certain cases, so that he can be presented with advertisements tailored to his browsing habits. The Company may use any information from the Site for the purpose of monitoring and/or supervising and/or developing and/or maintaining the quality, level and integrity of the services and/or for the purpose of complying with the provisions of any law, and/or for its needs. You can remove, limit, delete or block cookies from the site at any time.

merges with another entity or merges its activities with the activities of another entity - the Company will be entitled to transfer the customer's information to the aforementioned other entity, provided that the other entity accepts the provisions of this privacy policy; (4) To the extent that disclosure of the information is required for the proper management of the website and/or in order to fulfill the Company's obligations under this policy and/or for the provision of the services provided on the website, including the transfer of such information to the Company's employees and/or subcontractors and other entities that are partners or involved in operating the website.
